Adam Donald Musser, born on December 20, 1980, in Iowa City, IA. passed away on April 18, 2024, in Coralville, IA, at the age of 43.
Adam was the son of Danette (Steven) Foster, and Bruce Musser (deceased). He was the cherished brother of Dana Krotz and Leslie Musser and a loving uncle to his nieces Rayanne Holdiman and Leah Wilmoth, his great-nieces Adalynn Hansohn and Eveilyn Wilmoth, and great-nephews Lucas Holdiman, and Lyzik Wilmoth. He was a dear cousin to Nicole Heinsius-Rivers, Kayla Brinkmeyer, and Alaina Qiu. He was also loved and adored by his close friends John Beck and Sam Wasley. Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary and Lenard Krotz and his father Bruce Musser.
Despite life's challenges, Adam achieved his G.E.D and demonstrated a remarkable work ethic throughout his life. His career was predominantly in construction, where his hands-on skills and can-do attitude were highly valued. Adam's versatility and knack for fixing things earned him the reputation of being a jack of all trades.
A die-hard fan of the Texas Longhorns, Adam's loyalty to his team was as steadfast as his love for friends and family. He found peace in the simple pleasures of frisbee golfing, which he did often, and in the companionship of his dog, Puck, who was a constant and loving presence in his life. He found solace and joy in painting, a reflection of his creative spirit. Adam also had a keen sense of style, often dressed in clothing that supported the Til Valhalla Project, reflecting his deep sense of patriotism and support for those who served.
Above all, Adam will be remembered as loving, funny, and selfless. His heart was as expansive as his smile, and his ability to make others laugh was a gift that he shared generously.
Adam's life was one of connection, laughter and selfless love. He was a beacon of light in the lives of his family and friends, and the impact of his presence will continue to be felt long after his passing.
