On Thursday, April 21st, 2022, Billy N. Frakes AKA “Frap” of Rock Island, IL, went to be
with the Lord at the age of 66.
He was born to Barb and Oneal Frakes on November 8th, 1955.
Billy loved to spend time outdoors going fishing, camping or even just for a walk. He had a passion for traveling and he had the privilege of visiting many states throughout his travel.
He enjoyed talking about motorcycles, listening to rock and roll oldies, and loved cookouts with his family. He attended House of the Lord Church in East Moline, IL.
He is survived by his partner of 33 years, Carolsue Rita Melgoza, sister Lanette Hendricks; Daughter, Melissa (Troy) Broderick, and Manolito Perez; grandchildren, Allie (Terry) Kirby, Rebecca (Rob) Schott, Dalton Schott, Karma Perez, Rowan Perez, Autumn Perez and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barb, father, O'neal, his younger sister, Regeana and his infant brother Randy.
