Connie Renee Webb, a cherished mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2024, in Iowa City, IA, at the age of 63. Born on March 8, 1961, in Burlington, IA, Connie was a beacon of light and positivity to all who knew her.
Connie attended Burlington High School, where she cultivated a love for learning and a spirit of community that would shine throughout her life. She was a person of strength and resilience, qualities that resonated in her personal experiences.
Family was the cornerstone of Connie's life. She was a loving mother to her daughters, Christina Groesch, Gloria Durst and Cassie Webb, and to her late son, Delbert Partington III. She shared an unbreakable bond with her sisters, Cindy Stevens and Amy Williams-Mcpherson, and her late brother, David Mosena. Though her parents, Jerry Mosena and Renate McDonald, and her husband, Gregory Webb, predeceased her, their values and love remained a guiding force in her life. Connie's legacy continues through her 12 adoring grandchildren, who will carry forward her spirit of kindness and generosity.
Connie's life was marked by her unwavering commitment to what she loved in life. She approached every challenge with passion and every celebration with gratitude. Her presence was a source of comfort and joy to those around her, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who were fortunate to cross paths with her.
