Kathleen Hoffman

August 17, 1955 - March 5, 2025 

Kathleen Margaret Hoffman, 69, a resident of Davenport, was born in Chicago and was the first child of Patricia and Rudolph Hoffman.

Kathy passed peacefully on March 5, 2025, at Clarissa Cook Hospice with her son and loving brothers at her side.

Per her wishes, there will not be any services; however, there may be a celebration of life at a later time.

Kathy worked for many years at Eagles Grocery until they closed. She went on to nursing school, where she found her passion for caring for patients. She worked in dialysis and before she retired she was a hospice caregiver.

Kathy loved her family and friends unconditionally, especially her son Christopher and her special friend Nova Pulaski.

She is now reunited with her parents, whom she had missed dearly. There is sure to be some Neil Diamond playing in heaven.

Surviving her are her son, Christopher Mott, her loving and most caring sister, Karen Slyter; brothers, Ken (Linda) Hoffman, and Ron (Julie) Hoffman, and her youngest sister, Kristi (Mike) Cargill. Also several nieces and nephews & aunts, and uncles.
