Patricia Carroll

Patricia Elaine Carroll, 78, of Moline, entered God's Kingdom on August 18, 2023. She was born October 17, 1944, to Wilma and Harold Main of Grinnell, IA.

There will be a small memorial service at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at The Lighthouse Church in Rock Island.

Patricia, the most loving and devoted wife, mom, and grandmother, is survived by her husband of 62 years, Frank; sons, Scott and Bradley; daughters, Lisa and Christina.

Patty enjoyed her hobbies of sewing and ceramics. Her favorite was sewing wings for ultra-light planes for the Challenger company. She found her love of airplanes at a young age from her father. She was a member of the Quad City Cloggers. She had so much pride in the costumes she created to perform in, especially the pink ones. Her most loved activity was attending all her 14 grandkids and 18 great-grandkids' events, and she was always dressed to impress.

Patricia is a truly remarkable woman whose impact will always be felt by her family and friends. Her passing has left an unfillable gap in the hearts of her loved ones. Her ability to love, support, and always remain feisty will forever be engrained in everyone she knew.
