Rose Rogers

Rose M. Rogers, 92 of LeClaire, Iowa passed away Friday, September 13, 2024, at home surrounded by family. She was born to Georgia and Edward O’Brien in Fairfield, Iowa in 1931.

Rose lived life to the fullest; she loved boating on the river, playing cards, bingo, shuffleboard, and everything that gathered family together. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Rogers, her granddaughter, Jessica Rogers, and her seven brothers and seven sisters.

Those left to honor her memory include her daughter Karen Rogers, LeClaire, IA, John Rogers (Valerie) Ipava, IL, Tina Logan (Bob) Tucson, AZ, Kristi Ryken (Jeff) Scottsdale, AZ.

Rose loved her nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation & Direct Burial, Moline.
