We are sad to announce the passing of Sandra "Sandy" Yoder of Moline, IL formerly of Ottumwa IA. She died at the age of 64 on May 13th, 2023. Sandy passed away surrounded by her loved ones after a long illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Edward Yoder (Ottumwa) and her parents Ernest Paul and Clara Arlene (Cole)Palmer (Ottumwa). She is survived by her sisters Debra Palmer, Colona, Cindy Verhaeghe, Moline, Diane Kershaw (Duane), Colona, brother Ernie Palmer (Ottumwa).
The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present.
