Sharon Bogener passed away peacefully in her family home on September 2, 2022, at age 69, and is now reunited with the love of her life, Tom Bogener who preceded her in death.
Sharon was born on September 29, 1952, to the late Nina and James Wilson.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Sharon enjoyed to watch most sports but loved to cheer for the Chicago Cubs and Illini basketball. Above all Sharon loved being a grandmother to Delaney, Tanner, Sophee, and Saydee.
Sharon was a spirited, stubborn, creative grandma who made memories her grandchildren will cherish forever.
She is survived by her two children, Missy (Bryan) Speth and Tom Bogener Jr. as well as her siblings, Janet Rexroad, Jimmy Wilson, and Dale Wilson.
In honor of Sharon’s wishes there will be no planned service. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
