Troy Muckelston

Troy Scott Muckelston, 53, of Rock Island and Cordova, passed away on January 10, 2022 at his home.

Troy was born on August 21, 1968, the son of Kenneth and Georgia (Rakies) Muckelston. He was a friend to all who knew him and lived to serve both his fellow man and the Lord. Troy loved Volunteering, and helping those in need. He was a lifeline to many, and would pray for anyone you asked him to. He was known as "quite a character" his whole life.

He is survived by his son Casey Mallary; daughter, Erica Mallary; sisters, Jennifer Muckelston-Nauman and Tammy Muckelston-Jones; his grandchildren, Taya Rhodes, Kinnick, Harper and Harlow Gloede. He was preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Muckelston, his father, Kenneth Muckelston and nephew, Ryan Muckelston.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. We invite family and friends to please leave a fun story of Troy on his Memory Wall so that it can be shared in mixed company during his celebration of life at a later date.
