Wendeline "Wendy" Ann McFee

Wendeline “Wendy” Ann McFee, 65, of DeWitt, Iowa, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, April 1st, at Trinity Hospital surrounded by her family. 
She was born in Uvalde, Texas, on March 27th, 1960. Wendy settled her family in Iowa in 1988. In 2015, she accomplished her goal of achieving her bachelor’s degree. She has worked for the Rock Island Arsenal for the last 16 years.

Wendy was known for her big heart and for enjoying her flower gardens. She always bought more flowers than she needed. She loved the color yellow and riding her bike on warm days. Wendy really enjoyed the little adventures she’d take with her grandsons. But what she loved most was her kids and grandsons.

Wendy will be lovingly missed by her daughter, Lindsey, son, Nathan, son-in-law Joshua, and three wonderful grandsons, Cole, Isaac, and Maxwell. As well as many family members and friends.

Wendy was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Sherwin, and her grandparents, Ben & Mabel Baker, and R.V. & Dorcus Raney.
